Barry drove a large variety of midgets in both New Zealand and Australia. With the resurgence of interest in vintage speedway, inevitably some of these cars have been restored. The most well-known are featured here. In particular, the Fussell and Cartwright Offenhauser is the iconic car of NZ speedway from the 60's and it is a treat to see it still in immaculate condition - it is as though time has stood still! For Sydney fans of the 60's, the Mackay Offenhauser and the Capitol Motors Chevy II also remain in mint condition. No doubt, over time, more cars will be found and lovingly restored and so can be added to this section.
